The Oeiras City Council, the Gulbenkian Science Institute (IGC) and the Institute of Chemical and Biological Technology of the NOVA University of Lisbon (ITQB NOVA), are launching an ambitious project of a new Office for the Promotion of Knowledge and Technology Transfer for the scientific institutions of Oeiras, beginning in the initial phase with IGC and ITQB NOVA.
